Question 1

What pricing plans do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer four plans: Free ($0/month) with 1 agent and 100 queries, Basic ($9/month) with 3 agents and 500 queries, Pro ($19.99/month) with 10 agents and 2,000 queries, and Business ($49.99/month) with unlimited agents and 5,000 queries. Plan features and pricing are subject to change.

Question 2

Do you offer annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Annual billing gives you 2 months free (equivalent to ~17% discount). Switch between monthly and annual billing on the pricing page.

Question 3

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. If downgrading, some agents may be deactivated if you exceed the new plan's limits.

Question 4

What happens if I exceed my query limit?

Accepted Answer

Once you exceed your monthly query limit, your AI agents will stop responding until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a higher plan. We'll notify you as you approach your limit so you can take action before this happens.

Question 5

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer a Free plan when you register, which includes 1 active agent, 10 products, and 100 queries per month. This lets you test our service with no commitment. When you're ready for more, you can upgrade to our paid plans starting at $9/month.

Question 6

What are AI agents?

Accepted Answer

AI agents are intelligent chatbots that automate customer support for your gaming products. They can answer questions, handle support tickets, and provide personalized assistance 24/7 using advanced AI models like GPT-5 and Gemini 3.

Question 7

How many products can I import?

This depends on your plan: Free and Basic allow 10 products, while Pro and Business plans offer unlimited product imports. You can import from GmodStore, RustStore (both powered by Pivity), and BuildByBit marketplaces.

What AI models do you use?

We use GPT-5 Mini for Basic plan and Gemini 3 Flash for Pro and Business plans. Both support 95+ languages.

Question 10

Do you offer API access?

Go to your Dashboard, navigate to Settings, and add your API tokens for each marketplace. We encrypt and securely store your tokens. You can find API token instructions in each marketplace's developer section.

Question 14

Will you support more games in the future?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We're constantly expanding. Join our Discord community to vote on which games to add next.

Question 15

How do you protect against abuse?

Accepted Answer

We use progressive rate limiting: anonymous visitors get 5 free messages then cooldowns, logged-in users get 10 free messages with higher limits.

Question 16

What happens when someone hits the rate limit?

Accepted Answer

Users will see a countdown timer indicating when they can send their next message. Anonymous users are encouraged to sign in for higher limits. After the hourly window resets, limits are restored.

Question 17

Can I customize rate limits for my agents?

Accepted Answer

Rate limits are currently applied at the system level to ensure fair usage across all agents. Custom rate limiting per agent is on our roadmap for future releases.

Question 18

Do rate limits affect my query quota?

Accepted Answer

No. Rate-limited or blocked messages do not count against your monthly query quota. Only successful AI responses consume quota. Rate limits prevent spam within an hour, while your query quota is your total monthly allowance across all conversations.

Question 19

How are queries counted?

Accepted Answer

Queries are counted based on AI responses, not user messages. Each successful AI response equals 1 query. Rate-limited, blocked, or failed messages do not consume quota.

Question 20

Is my data secure?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all data, including API tokens. We never share your data with third parties, and all AI conversations are processed securely.

Question 21

How fast do AI agents respond?

Accepted Answer

Response times vary by model: GPT-5 Mini (Basic plan) responds in 1-2 seconds, while Gemini 3 Flash (Pro/Business) takes 2-4 seconds for more complex reasoning. Both are fast enough for real-time customer support.

Question 22

What languages do AI agents support?

Accepted Answer

Our AI agents support 95+ languages and can automatically detect and respond in the customer's preferred language. You can also set a preferred language for each agent.

Question 23

What kind of support do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Basic plan has community Discord support, Pro has priority email support, and Business has dedicated support.

Question 24

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your agents will continue working until the end of your billing period, and you won't be charged again.
