Terms of Service

1. Accounts

• Users may create multiple accounts.
• When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are prohibited from spamming, scraping data, uploading or sharing illegal content, or sharing API keys. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Arnvio offers subscription-based services using Stripe for payment processing.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable after use.
• Refunds may be issued within 14 days in accordance with Danish law only if the service has not been utilized—meaning the user has 0 active agents, 0 included products, and 0 queries made to their chat agents.
• Downtime, errors, or third-party integration issues do not entitle users to a refund.
• Plan features, pricing, and usage limits are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of all content they upload, submit, or import into Arnvio.
• By using Arnvio, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, use, and store your content as necessary to provide services.
• Software, code, or tools uploaded by users remain their property; however, we reserve the right to use such content to train our AI agents (ChatGPT-based tools).
• All Arnvio services, software, and AI tools remain the property of Arnvio.

4. Third-Party Services

• Arnvio may integrate with third-party platforms (GitHub, Discord, Steam, GModStore, RustStore, BuildByBit, Pivity, Stripe).
• We are not responsible for any issues, downtime, errors, or disruptions caused by these third-party services.
• Users authorize us to access linked accounts only if they choose to connect them.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• Arnvio provides services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We disclaim liability for downtime, errors, third-party service failures, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable for downtime or service interruptions.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate user accounts for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
• Upon termination, access to the services will be revoked, but your content may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and for legal compliance.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
• Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denmark.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date."
• Continued use of Arnvio services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
