AI Data Processing:
User-provided content such as product descriptions, support tickets, and knowledge base entries may be processed by third-party AI models (Google Gemini, OpenAI) to power AI agent chat responses and ticket reply generation. This data is sent to AI providers solely for processing and is not stored by them for model training purposes. AI usage is metered and tracked internally for billing and service optimization.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be shared as required by law.
